Once you have completed your trial lesson, we will send you an invoice via email for the remaining lessons of the academic term. You have the option to make your payment online through credit or debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, or via bank transfer. If you prefer to split your invoice into smaller payments, such as monthly payments, simply send us an email to info@volnaschool.com.
🔄 Refunds
If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson and you inform us at least one day in advance, we will refund the full amount at the end of the academic term. All authorised absences are refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

You will need a reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop with a working microphone and webcam. Lessons take place on Microsoft Teams or Zoom. A tablet or phone can also be used, although a larger screen is recommended.
We will confirm whether your lesson will use Microsoft Teams or Zoom and send the joining details before your first lesson. Join using the link at the agreed lesson time.
Yes, we provide a variety of learning materials. We provide lesson content and extra exercises by email, and we can also post textbooks directly to you.
All our courses align with English school terms, with lessons every week excluding half-term breaks and holidays. Please note that our calendar might differ from some schools' schedules. We accept online invoice payments through debit or credit card, as well as through bank transfer. After your first free lesson, we will send you an invoice via email for the remaining lessons of the academic term.
Certainly! For our adult learners, we recommend completing our Intermediate Course before delving into our Russian GCSE or A-Level classes. These qualifications demand a solid grasp of advanced Russian grammar and vocabulary. If you're aiming for the Russian GCSE, we offer private tuition classes tailored to your level of proficiency. As for the Russian A-Level, you have the option of private tuition or joining one of our A-Level Group Classes, where you'll study together with Sixth Form and college students.

We understand that life's circumstances can change. Regardless of the reason, you'll receive a full refund for all upcoming lessons if you decide to leave our online school or take a learning break. Rest assured, we'll always welcome you back in the future!
