1. Authorised Absences Refund:
Any authorised absences will be eligible for a refund at the end of each school term. An authorised absence is when you inform us about an upcoming absence at least one day before the scheduled lesson. The refunded amount will be calculated based on the missed lessons due to authorised absences.
2. Refund Processing:
If the refund request is made before the end of the academic year, the refunded amount will be deducted from the next invoice issued to you. If the refund request is submitted at the end of the academic year, the refund amount will be processed and sent back to your bank account using the payment method originally used for the transaction.

3. Cancellation Refund:
In the event that you decide to discontinue your learning journey with us, we will provide a full refund for any upcoming scheduled lessons that have been prepaid. This ensures that you are only charged for the lessons you receive.
4. Unauthorised Absences:
Please note that unauthorised absences, which include notifying us on the day of the lesson or not notifying us at all, are not eligible for a refund.
